I have the same issue quite often. Sipping water and a cold rag on the back of the neck cures these episodes every time. My diet is awful, so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

well the operation was like 4 hours long, but it went smoothly. im so relieved.

but i think sumthins wrong with me. i get these heat flashes were i feel like my whole body is on fire and i sweat alot. then i feel kinda dizzy and my mom said i looked a little pale. these little "episodes" last like 30-40 minutes :(

Since my girlfriend had surgery this morning I'll be in the hospital with her for a few days. I'll try to check back soon.
