To not drink any sodas, pops or sodie pops.  &lt;BR&gt;2. To work out 5 days a week.&lt;BR&gt;3. To greatly reduce my consumption of fast food.&lt;BR&gt;4. To reduce spending of any kind.  I am NOT a consumer.&lt;BR&gt;5. To be happy and thankful that all that I have.&lt;BR&gt;6. Find a better job?  Get laid?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am gonna try to lose weight again this year.  I did lose some last year and it stuck for a few months, but towards the beginning of the summer I began to gain a few pounds back.  This year I am going to add get a new job to the list.
