I also think it adds alot to the music... I couldn't imagine hearing it with English singing.

Most folk metal is sung in their own language. I think it really adds a lot to the music. If you've ever listened to Moonsorrow, another Finnish band that kicks ass, then you'll hear what I mean.

I haven't listened to them much (which I'm now changing) but I haven't heard a song in English yet... So, I'm doubting there are any.

really havent ever listen to them much are all the lyrics sung not in english????they recently played near here with Sodom but did not go!!!!

I think they are folk metal. But folk metal and pagan metal are usually black metal subgenres.

I've just gotten some of their material.. So, I'm a Finntroll newbie... Looking for those that are wiser than me... Wondering what their thoughts are in regard to Finntroll...
