I figured we needed more threads in the thrash section so I did this poll!!! Maybe if this one will be successful I can do a now Bay Area Thrash because that area seems to be getting some wind again.

I chose Megadeth because they were one of the first heavy bands I got in to. Rust in Peace and Peace Sells are 2 of the very best. However, I like the more recent Testament a lot better than the recent Megadeth. Testaments The Gathering is one of the heaviest cd's I have ever heard. So f'n good it's scary.

I went for Exodus...

Megadeth & Metallica are obviously the most successful... but I really only consider Metallica's first record as thrash...

When I think of old Thrash... Exodus pops in my head..

Death Angel is a close second for me... and a great come back album in "The Art of Dying"
