Open Grave Records is pretty good. I ordered Primitive Graven Image's album through them and it arrived even before the actual release date! That was pretty cool!

I always order from Red Stream, The End, and Century Media. I need to order from Metal Disc, as they have alot of hard to find CD's, I am looking for currently.
