| So, I've been absent for awhile, and I am completely shocked that nobody has posted anything about the death of Benoit. Chris Benoit was one of the greatest technical wrestlers of all time, and I am deeply saddened by his death. I haven't had much time to research all the gory details, but tonight I found this article, and I am speechless. http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/06/29/wrestler.ap/index.html?iref=newssearch&eref=yahoo The most memorable Benoit event I can recall was Backlash (I think) in 2004. It was a bloody match in his home town, and I cried when he prevailed against Triple H and Shawn Michaels. This is a sad time in wrestling.

I relaize that I've discussed this just about everywhere but here. Of course, it's hard to talk about, given what happened. As you can imagine, it was rather difficult to be a wrestling fan last week.
